Pinwheel Bantu Knots

The other day I saw a great picture of bantu knots on one of my favorite Facebook Fan Pages – Shakara Natural Tips. Well, her natural hair style inspired me to do something cute and age appropriate for my Lil Naturelle.

These are really cute. I am wondering how long I need to keep these in to set them. I had my knots in for a day and the next day the definition didn’t last until end of day.

Day two took down the front knot for the bangs. I showed my daughter the picture and she said” where’s my poof in the front?”

Hi Michelle – I think it depends on your hair texture and what products you use to set them… This set is staying in my daughter’s hair for a few days before I do the “take down”
