Product Review - Cara B Naturally (Baby Edition)

I’m back with another product review – but with a twist!!! Yup, this week I am going to review the Cara b Naturally hair products. What’s the twist??? Well, I used this product on myself, Lil Naturelle, and Baby Naturelle – so, if you have questions about how this product works on different hair types – hopefully these reviews will help.

Product Information:

Shampoo / Body Wash

Ingredients: Deionized water; natural coconut oil, cornstarch and sugar soap blend (decyl glucoside); natural chamomile fragrance blend; vegetable glycerin; sugar (glucose); vitamin E; aloe vera barbadensis leaf juice; citric acid; guar gum (natural thickener); car amel; glucose oxidase & lactoperoxidase (natural preservative)

Leave-in Conditioner / Daily Moisturizer

Ingredients: Deionized water; natural emulsifying wax (cetearyl alcohol); shea butter; jojoba oil; coconut oil (capric triglyceride); vegetable glycerin; natural emulsifier (cetearyl alcohol and cetearyl glucoside); natural chamomile fragrance blend; cocoa butter (stearic acid); sugar (glucose); xanthan gum (natural thickener); natural emulsifier (glyceryl stearate); aloe barbadensis leaf juice; vitamin E; caramel; potassium sorbate; glucose oxidase & lactoperoxidase (natural preservative)

Moisturizing Hair Mist

Ingredients: Deionized water; vegetable glycerin; coconut oil (capric triglyceride); sweet almond oil; jojoba oil; sugar (glucose); natural chamomile fragrance blend; aloe vera barbadensis leaf juice; vitamin E; potassium sorbate; glucose oxidase & lactoperoxidase (natural preservative); citric acid

Product Details:

This product is said to leave your hair and skin feeling clean and soft.

What does it look like?

The shampoo / body wash is a very light brown color (almost caramel) and light in consistency. The shampoo has a nice soft herbal scent.

The leave-in conditioner is a cream color, and has the same light airy scent as the shampoo – they work well together! The conditioner is creamy but not thick.

The moisturizing hair mist is a little lighter in color than the shampoo and has the same scent as the other products – they all compliment each-other! Love that!

Packaging?

I don’t normally talk much about packaging, but because the packaging on this product was so beautiful, I had to mention it! Below is a picture of how I received the products – wouldn’t you be happy if you received a package like this?

Baby Naturelle’s Experience

I used the shampoo / body wash on Baby Naturelle for a little over a week (I like to try a product several times before I write a review) I must tell you – I loved the scent, the lather, and the end result. Baby Naturelle’s skin was soft and lightly fragranced. Her hair was clean and didn’t feel stripped.

After shampooing Baby Naturelle’s hair, I immediately used the Leave in Conditioner / Daily Moisturizer. I used this not only as a leave in but as a detangler. The conditioner provided just the right amount of slip without leaving her hair oily or sticky (yes, I have tried some products that leave a sticky residue)

Every other day I sprayed the Moisturizing Hair Mist on Baby Naturelle’s hair. This helped provide the right amount of moisture to easily manipulate her hair without causing frizz.

Rating?

I was able to get great results on Baby Naturelle’s hair. I find it very difficult to find the perfect balance of result and ingredients and I think that’s what I found with Cara B Naturally – Thank you!

Would I purchase this product on my own? YES! It’s that simple!
